Service Description

Deep tissue massage sessions are concentrated to release areas in the body that need extra work due to fatigue, overuse, engaged athletic training or chronic tension. Pressure is often much deeper and slower than with relaxation massage. Myofascial stretching and range of motion are used to unwind the limbs and restore comfortable posture to the body.
